At Miller House your booking ensures total privacy. A second, queen bedroom is only made available for your additional guests, if required. This room also opens through french doors on to the veranda. A beautiful shared bathroom is accessible by both bedrooms, the second bedroom via the veranda, ensuring no disruption to guests in the master suite.

For a small additional fee, we offer the White Room, which provides accommodation for a concierge/ driver, or in some case helicopter pilot/personal chef/translator.  Miller House is a adult retreat, not providing accommodation for anyone under 18.

Access to the house can be gained by helicopter landing in the paddock behind the house. Hilary runs the operation here and as such, guests requiring complete anonymity can stay without fanfare of any sort. Guests invited to chat about their plans gaining a local’s perspective and advice.

Hilary serves a delicious and extensive continental breakfast which is included in the nightly rate.

In response to travel weary, or just “restaurant weary” guests, Hilary, the host/owner of Miller House, is happy to offer simple evening meal options enabling guests to relax entirely on arrival if they wish. Visitors not wanting to leave the property can request a table be set for dinner on the veranda, or in their private dining room.

An evening meal can be catered at an additional cost. A simple two course dinner with wine or beer is available on request at a rate of $85 per person non-commissionable. If dinner is required on the first night, please reserve at time of booking. Options vary seasonally but are of Nigel Slater origin or character. Alternatively, guests are most welcome to shop for ingredients to cook outside on the gas or charcoal barbeques provided. Cold platters can be arranged if preferred, a platter for two and a glass of wine is $80 non-commissionable.
We invite guests and trade partners please to contact Miller House directly, in advance, if you would like to dine here during your stay. Food can be customised to cater to personal preferences wherever possible, please email Hilary to communicate your requirements
